Steeping: Measure 2 tsp. tea per 6 oz water. Steep New Beginnings Tea in 180 degree fresh, never boiled prior, water for 7-9 minutes. When cup is empty, you may pour another 6 oz proper temp water over to enjoy a second cup with the same leaves. Please discard used herbs back to Mother Earth to compost.
